    PE4 - YouTube's new 16:9 widescreen and HD quality

Hello Adobe Forums. I have a question. If you haven't noticed already, Youtube has made the video boxes wider. Some videos have vertical black bars on the left and right. If you were to upload your video with the right qualifications, you can fill those bars in to make it look like a real widescreen. Unfortunately, I don't know how to do that correctly. I've tried doin it, but I seem to fail everytime. I know I'm doin somethin wrong. This is what YouTube recommends now:

(Note: They made a minor typo in the beginning saying "1290 x 720" It should say "1280 x 720")

If anyone can explain to me how to exactly do this correctly, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
