I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for, but you can certainly include any graphic and/or text you want into a video project.
What I want to do is add a callout that would indicate someone talking or thinking with words inside. In Power Point they are called Autoshapes such as stars, arrows, and callouts. Hope that you can understand what I am asking, as it is hard for me to describe without a picture.
Yes, you can. As I said, you can include any graphics and/or text you want in a video project.
You just place them on any of the 99 video tracks available, over your main video.
This is easily accomplished via the Titler. A Title can have shapes, various graphics and text.
A Google search for "thought bubbles" should yield a ton of free graphics of many different designs, or you can easily make these with the Shape Tools in the Tilter. Personally, I do these in Illustrator, or Photoshop, and then Import them into a Title, as I find the Shape Tools in those two programs to be easier to work with.
