Dolby Digital AC3 files not recognized in other applications

If you have trouble getting video applications to accept your .ac3 Dolby audio files exported from Premiere Elements 3.0, it's because Premiere Elements is putting 0x77 0x0B for the first two bytes in the file, while other applications look for the reverse, 0x0B 0x77. I used a hex editor to swap those first two bytes and all of a sudden other applications are accepting the files, such as Muxman and Nero.

I compared what SUPER created for an ac3 file to what Premiere Elements created and noticed the first two bytes in the .ac3 files where swapped.
