Reader 8.1.1 and 8.1.2 window stays open

According to the "Acrobat Developer FAQ", the "/t" command line option is supposed to make Reader print the document and then terminate. However, it stays open after printing the document.

The "/h" command-line option is supposed to make the reader run in a minimized window. It does not.

The "AcroPDF.printAll()" method is supposed to silently print the document. It leaves an empty instance of Reader open.

This has been mentioned on the developer forums, and Leonard Rosenthol suggested that it was an application issue and should be brought to this forum instead.

Is there currently any way to do silent printing with Acrobat Reader 8 that does not leave an instance of Reader open on the desktop?
