Many have experienced it.

No. Not really. You have to completely close down Reader first (using Task Manager). But once you start up one or the other, it will use that one no matter which one you try to open until you do the same for it.
You've discovered one of the many reasons that Adobe doesn't recommend or support having both of those products installed.
i have installed Acrobat 8 professtional on some laptops, i m getting printing problem on network printers. one laptop can print but only 1-4 printouts if more then never do this.. another laptop can print but there is font problem. can any body tell solutions or any patche fixes... many thx regards.
