I'm not sure what you mean by 'resetting your printing system'. I've removed printers and re-installed them, but that has not solved the problem either.
Doug: I have EXACTLY the same problem. I am using both a Canon MP160 and a Lexmark Z615. It makes no difference which printer I choose.
My console log did not, as far as I can see, include any comments about the problem.
