People answer when they feel like it, if they have an answer. Please
allow at least 48 hours.
Though the problem here may be the way the file is delivered. Where is
it from - a web site? What is the EXACT message you get when sent off
Forget it...I've been lied to and treated like crap long enough and I'm not getting anywhere or any answers. I feel like I've been given the run around in a very bad way. Not happy with Adobe at all. I've got better things to do with my time than to try and figure out a problem with a .pdf file. I'll have to have the information sent to me in a different way and let our IT group know that this program is not working for us and see if they can find another program with better customer/tech support.

Not by us. We're users just like you and if you'd calm down a bit and give us a chance, you're more apt to get help then you wold from Adobe support.
