    orienting pages properly in PDFTK

I've got a PDF merging program called PDFTK (http://www.accesspdf.com/pdftk/) which works great except that it sometimes orients certain pages differently than other pages. For example, I just made a 30 page document. The first 11 pages are oriented landscape style and the rest are oriented portrait style. This wouldn't be a problem except that when I print the document, the portrait style pages come out up-side-down. It attempts to print them all landscape style but it doesn't know which way's right-side-up for the last 19 pages.

Is there a way to merge PDF documents so that they're all oriented the same way?
