    <Save as Text> functionality

Just yesterday the Save as Text function no longer worked on Reader 8. I rely upon it daily for my work tasks. It will save a text file but the text file is empty. I've tried it with a few different documents and none of them work.

I thought it a good idea to reinstall, but the new version Reader 9 is out. So I installed that. Still the Save as Text function does not work.

Can anyone give me an idea why this could be the case? I have a new system, running XP, SP2. Is it no longer supported, and do I just need to get an individual license for Reader?

      Thanks, Shawn Hutchinson
