    Data disapears

I downloaded a PDF document and field it out on my computer. Then, saved the document. Everything worked great expect when I tried to reopen the document and my saved data flashed across the screen in each field, then disappeared. Has anyone experience the same thing? Any thoughts/suggestions?

I noticed that the form, in the title, says secured. Does that have anything to do with it?

      Thanks in advance!

Most likely the creator of the PDF set it up so that the form fields get reset when the document is opened. This is occasionally done with online forms to counteract the temporary caching of form data by most versions of Acrobat (Reader).

If the form is being reset by a resetForm JavaScript statement, then you can try turning off JavaScript before opening the PDF, but this might disable other useful features that the form creator has set up or that Reader uses internally. If the form is being reset by a Reset Form action, there's not much you can do.
