After downloading the document to a local drive can you open the document?
If it is a docx I can't open it. I can open it if I save it as doc and open it with word. I'm not sure if that answers your question. Thank you for trying to help!!
When I receive an adobe document via e mail, I am unable to open it and get a window that says "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel"
I have un-installed and re-installed Adobe reader 9 and still get the same message. I go to the Folder Options and it is not apparent to me what I have to do.
Can someone help me solve this problem? I am using Windows XP.
Reader doesn't open any type of Word files. That's why you get the message.
Microsoft DOES have a free Word document viewer available somewhere on their site.
Adobe Reader can open PDF documents, not more.
Thanks man! Now I understand.
Thanks, I understand now.
