    After Effects error

Every time I try to render a HD video using the DVCPro HD codec I keep getting a memory error. The popup error comes up "unable to allocate space for a 1280x1080 image buffer. You may be experiencing fragmentation." Then it gives me suggestions to try decreasing maximum ram cache, to enabling disk cache, to maximizing memory usage. The problem is that I have done all of that and it still comes up with that error. I don't remember having this problem until I updated quicktime and AE 8.0.2. I have the latest version of CS3 and I have taken out Open GL. I am running it on a Mac G5 using the latest OS 10.5 with the processor speed of 1.8ghz and 3gb of ram.
