Checking CS3's online help, I find that AE can reduce that in Camera RAW, which video footage isn't.
Photoshop CS3 has a Lens Correction filter that has a chromatic aberration reducer. So you could export your footage as an image sequence, then batch process in PS. So that's the free method.
I'm unsure about 3rd party AE plug-ins that handle that.
Thanks for your post. You`re right, it works with PS, but if anyone knows a more comfortable way to solve the problem inside AE, please let me know.

Photoshop CS3 Extended can read a QuickTome MOV file, so you don't need to output an image sequence.
