putting after effects, effects on preimere

when I make text animations in after effects (cs3) I want to bring them into preimere (1.5), the text shows up in the preview but when I put it on the time line it is just a blank screen. I don't want to put the project in after effects then export it again, because it murders the quality.

I don't really get what you are saying. The text animations remaining intact would require Premiere CS3 with support for Dynamic Link, so any attempt to use text presets otherwise is bound to fail from the start. Degradation in quality is merely a matter of using the right settings, so it seems you are doing something wrong there, eitehr with the footage interpretation or the output settings. In any case - nobody forces you to re-render your source footage in AE. You can always export everything with Alpha channels and overlay it in Premiere Pro.

Like Mylenium said, you need to have the Production Studio Premium installed to get "Dynamic Link" which will use AE to render imported/copied compositions in Premiere Pro.

Render to QuickTime Animation @100% with "Millions of Colors+" and "Straight Alpha" and you'll get nice lossless compression (which will give you pretty small files if all you are animating is text.)
