Open the screen grabs in Photoshop and enlarge the with "Image Size..." Enable "Resample Image" and set it to "nearset Neighbor" and enlarge width and height with 500 per cent.
Save as a new file and import into AE. You can now get close and keep the screens sharply pixelated.
If you are outputting for broadcast, add the "Reduce Interlace Flicker" set to at least 1.0 on an Adjustment layer.

Jonas' suggestion should work quite well. If you know your way around HTML code, you might also be able to increase sizes that way and create larger grabs. Lastly, if you have Acrobat 9, you could use its web capture feature to convert the pages into PDFs, which, with continuous rasterization, would retain sharpness as you zoom in, but of course limited to dynamic page elements such as text, tables, lines and embedded Flash...
