    Extracting Time Tag

Hi, I'm trying to find a way to batch extract the time and date information from a number of DNG files. I can do them one by one through Bridge or Photoshop but I have over 25000 that need doing!

      Any help would be appreciated.

Have a look at Phil Harvey's EXIFTool. It can extract the MetaData from many file types including the EXIF from from the DNG file type. It is written in Perl Script and there are executible versions for Windows Macintosh and UNIX. It is a command line program.
