After closing the AIR application, it still runs in the Task Manager

I am very new to AIR application. I have made a product demo application in CS3 using AS2 and just for the sake of testing the AIR, I published an AIR installer of that application.

Every thing works as it should be but I am facing one problem, when I close the application using the close button. It disappears from the desktop but when I checked the TaskManager...It still running there. And using large CPU resource (around 50%).

Does any one know the reason behind it?....I also tried to installing other AIR application (made by other users) but that application is closing correctly..
