Hi there, in Flash CS * you can create Flash content that targets AS 3 or AS 2 this kind of files have a .fla extension this means this file can contain animations, images and so on, and also a bit of actionscript it's sort of a mix content; but when you see a file with an extension .as it's a pure actionscript file. Hope this clarify your doubt.
Thanks Michael. Where can I get the packages (fl.transactions.* or mx.transactions.*)?
Hi again Glen, this tutorial shows you how to import fl.transitions and use this package inside a Flex application
Basically what you need to do is import those clases that belong to Flash so you can use them in Flex.
