Hey, I know I can do this in Photoshop (adjust how many recent files show), but I don't know if I can do this in Premiere. When you load up Premiere CS3, it will load the 5-6 most recent projects you've worked on. Since I use 8-10 reguraly it's not that effective... Can I increase the number of recent projects??? If not, is this a feature that you can adjust in cs4?
Its not an adjustable feature in Pr Cs3 or Cs4. IN CS4 Recent Projects holds 6 items.
But; in Windows there is a Recent Items folder that holds more history. I suppose you could use that via Explorer.
I've always wondered why PrP doesn't allow one to adjust the number of Recent Projects, like PS does with Recent Files. Maybe it's just an assumption that because a Project is much more involved, than even the biggest triple-truck ad image in PS, that one is not likely to have more than six active at a time.
There is a rumor that there is a preference file somewhere where you can edit the Max recent items with a text editor. But; its not a user friendly method; if in fact its true.
