No, there is no advantage unless you use a lossless codec like lagarith (among others). In that instance you will get smaller file sizes without losing quality.

Well...maybe. Premiere does seem to have trouble with certain codecs used by screen capture programs. A good rule of thumb is that Premiere works best with standard camera formats - DV, HDV, DVCPRO HD. If any of those are an option with your screen capture software, especially the first or last, choose one of them. If not, and the other options give you problems, then give Uncompressed a shot.
