I would like to make the background of an Flex app transparent.
So when the resulting swf file is embedded in an html page the "normal" background of this parent html
page should AUTOMATICALLY be taken as background for the Flex app.
Is this possible?
if yes: How exactly?
If not: Can I pass from html page either the
a) background color hex code
b) the background frame jpg picture
as parameter and pass it to the swf app?
You can make you swf transparent passing wmode=transparent when embeding in html.
You also can pass bgcolor parameter to swf.
I don't think you can make the background of a Flex app transparent. You can do this with AIR apps though.
