I'm trying to get the AIR help to update automatically, and
it doesn't seem to work properly. When generating the help, I made
sure I changed the "Version" and "Help ID". I also made sure the
"Enable Auto Update" box was checked and that the xml file was
uploaded to the same place.
When I open the AIR help application and check for updates,
it says "No update is available right now."
The update process is largely managed by the application.
Without knowing the details of how RoboHelp implements content
updates, it is difficult to be of help. You should probably bring
up the issue with RoboHelp's customer support.
