    Margins

I have a page with a table at the top of the page that I want to fill the entire screen, top, left and right with no margins. This table is the top banner of the website. The table is set at 100%. My page margins are set at 0. When you first open the page in Explorer 6 it fills the entire screen. When you go to another page on the same web site, the table pulls in maybe 5 or 10 pixels leaving a right margin. (Actually the entire webpage pulls in) If you refresh the page, the table will go back to 100%. I have the same top table on all my pages. Does anyone have an answer as how to correct this?
