http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/
Let me know if this doesn't help.
BTW, there is no need to clear your cache on the AIR version, as it's not browser based. Something else is going on.

I can try the next time I'm at Starbucks, but that may be a few days. Thanks for checking back, I'd really like to start using the service again.
