    issues exporting to FLV

I have a movie that I would like to export to FLV.  The exporting works fine, but I need to figure out have to make the FLV file so it can do a progressive download (right now if I put it on the website, it plays a little, then stops to load, then plays a little more, etc).

Is there something I can to in Premiere Pro to do this so that it is all ready to go as an FLV file?

      Thanks

The file is already considered a Progressive download (as opposed to Streaming, where little or nothing get's downlaoded to the cache, it just plays back "live").

The playback situation you describe is normal when the bitrate of the file exceeds your download bandwidth.  The three ways to fix that are to encode at a lower bitrate, get more bandwidth, or wait until enough has downloaded before starting playback.
