nav bar shows outlines in Firefox

Using DW CS3 on Windows XP platform
I'd like to use (would I?) DW's provided Navigation Bar with 4 images (up, over, down, over down). I've created the images from slicing up my Illustrator CS3 design. I've tried using .jpg and .png files. In Firefox (but not in IE) the outlines of each images shows as dotted lines as a menu item is selected. It's a vertical menu inside a Div. I can post a page if it helps to see what's happening.

Has anyone else gotten this effect and figured out how to remove them? Or, any better idea for showing sets of images? Thanks

          Hello,

That's the default that show users who are not using a mouse where they are
          when tabbing through the menu.
If needed, can remove it with some CSS:

          Take care,
