Just a few quick notes I've found in the various adobe docs you might want to have a peek at...

bunch of old anchor links still point to "browseDirectory()" which has been changed to browseForDirectory()

      http://help.adobe.com/en_US/AIR/1.1/devappshtml/WS5b3ccc516d4fbf351e63e3d118666ade46-7fb1. html
Has a note referencing unsupported webkit features...
"Note: AIR does not support the following standard and extended WebKit features: the JavaScript Window object print() method; plug-ins, except Acrobat or Adobe Reader 8.1+; Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG), the CSS opacity property. "

First off, the CSS opacity property works fine as far as I can tell, but this note should include:

      - no support for CSS "cursor" properties
      - no support for any -webkit-text* properties (including shadow, outline, etc)
      - no support for any -webkit-background* properties (as far as I'm aware of)
