Dynamic Link Error: 'server is busy. Dynamic link is only supported in one direction per session.'

Right, when using the trial version I used to import Premiere sequences (just the linked sequence, not the whole project) into AE to render them out from there but since buying the full version this doesn't work any more.

I get the following message in After Effects:

"After Effects error: Adobe Premiere Pro dynamic link server is busy. Dynamic link is only supported in one direction per session."

I did first create a linked AE comp from Premiere & thought that this was causing the problem. I have tried deleting all linked comps/sequences, restarting my computer, ceating new projects - nothing changes it. No matter what I try, I can no longer import linked Premiere sequences into AE! I can only link AE comps from Premiere or import whole Premiere projects into AE.

When does this 'session' end??? Any ideas what may be wrong??
