    Asdoc tool

    anu3000 Level 1

      Hi,

Iam trying to generate dcoumentation for FLEX project. Found article explaining what needs to be done in order to generate classes from code.

      http://www.sebleedelisle.com/?p=401

Iam stuck at Step-5 in the above article.

      -source-path src
      -doc-sources src

don't know what to provide as src values? Can anybody help me.

          Hi there,

Although I did not use such a tool, I think it is referring to the source path of your application and the source path to the application docs. Example: if you correctly set the ${project_loc} to point to your project folder then as the article says, you only need to point the tool to your source folder. If your source files are inside a folder called "whatever" inside your project folder then you'll need to set: -source-path=whatever // and if your doc files are in a folder called "myDocs" then you'd have something like this for the second argument: -doc-sources=myDocs

Obviously, you have to play around with this a bit because as I said, I never set my stuff manually.

          Best regards,

          Barna Biro

I recommend you to read Using ASDoc in the flex documentation

            Sincerely,

            Michael
