add table to each page

Is there a way to setup the styles (or something) so that each page i create has a table at the top? I basically want to have a banner at the top of each page with a logo in the upper right hand corner and figured if i could create a table and embed an image in it that then that would do the trick.

Hi there

You could do it by defining a Template (Master Page in version 8).

Then define a header with what you want. After that, select all the topics and apply the Template/Master Page to propagate the header to all topics.
