I'm recording in 1024 x 768 mode. When I convert the SWF to an AVI file, there is a mouse shadow on the screen and sometimes a "marking" from the mouse when typing in an input field. Is there a way to get rid of this?

Welcome to our community, Wendy

Perhaps it's related to whatever you are using to convert to AVI? Maybe acquire a different tool?

Cheers... Rick

Thanks Rick. I published the file in the SWF format, so it's nice and clear. If I did want to convert the file so the video is available to view right on the page (like youtube videos), what tool do you recommend to use for converting the file?
