I have 3 users who have wyse terminals that connect directly to Citrix sessions who then have Adobe 9.0 installed. The go to a specific site https://www.ubhonline.com/ from here they log in and open client files which are pdf's that should be prepopulated or filled with text. I cannot get it to work for them at all. I myself can view text as it is prepopulated and successfully tested on a separate network.
I've uninstalled Adobe from the Citrix server and reinstalled and seems to work for one of the users here and there but not consistantly. I've ran a repair of adobe but that doesn't work.
I need some troubleshooting steps and help on this asap.
Does this happen for three specific users and works for the rest of the users.
seriously this is all you have? Alot of users cannot view what should've been prefilled fields on pdfs of any kind.
