    We need an answer


      I can't believe it's taking this long to get my PDF. I filed some this morning, and in the early afternoon i reached someone from Adobe who assured me they are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it. He suggested I wait another hour and that perhaps it would be working by then. It's now six hours later and my material is still in the queue. If you just can't wait for a PDF, try to convert a file and instead of having an email sent to you when it's converted and instead of trying to get it from history, use the option to retrieve it in your browser. You have to wait for it, but at least you'll have a PDF in hand. What's annoying is I just paid my monthly fee.
