It would be nice if they just let us know what was going on...how hard would that be to put up a banner???? I didn't realize it was going on for so long...it's only been 3 days for me.
This is pathetic and horrid customer service. I will not be renewing my subscription after having them refuse to answer my questions unless I paid more money. It's not my system that is the problem it is ADOBE's, they should let us know what is going on and when it will be fixed. A tentative timeframe at least!
