It might be a simple option, but I cant seem to find it.
A couple people at work here are having trouble printing their PDF files. They are running Adobe 6.0 and a reader version of 9.0., and are printing to a Xerox 5638 Workcenter.
When they print any Adobe files, the first page comes out as a thumbnail, while following pages are normal.
I cannot for the life of me find the option to turn off this first page thumbnail setting, and would appreciate any assistance or info anyone can provide.
is this a simple Adobe page setting, or maybe an issue with the Xerox printer driver?
press ctrl+B then go to settings by right clicking on the first thumbnail or selecting the options menu on the top of the bookmark window (which might look like two gears) try removing the embedded thumbnails from the menu and try printing.
Thank you Xaero for the response. I will give this a try today.
Appreciate the help.
