    How to "comment out" an entire DIV

    Level 7
      Hi all -

      Have a DIV that generates a small popup window which auto closes itself.

      I need this DIV quite often, but occasionally want it to not display.
      Can I "comment out" the code so I can retain the code on the page for on &
      off use.

      It's a simple static page.

      Your guidance will be appreciated,

      Cheers

          Change this -

          <div ...>

          to this -

          <div ... style="display:none;">

          or if you'd rather really comment it out, just select the whole thing, and
          use DW's Comment tool in code view to wrap it in an HTML comment.
