My flex application has many pages in the viewstack and when I browse between pages by just changing the index. I beleive that all the pages and components are loaded when I first time run the application and this makes it very slow. I only want to load a page (create component) when I browse to and remove it when I switch away from it. Is they a clean way to do this.
Make sure the creationPolicy is set to "auto". It should be "auto" by default, unless a parent has a different one.
Hi, I believe creationPolicy="all", which is creating this problem of extra time required for loading application. If you wont set any policy then by default it will load 1st component.
Use of creationPolicy all is to guard from getting null pointer refrence for objects in the stack.
