When you download Flex Open Source or Adobe SDK it is clear which license applies. However when getting source from SVN it it not clear. My understanding is that all below http://opensource.adobe.com/svn/opensource/flex/sdk/ is under MPL. But no license file can be found on that directory that would clarify this. I would suggest clarifying it (or pointing me to the clarification it is exist already ).
Thanks a lot,
To quote Matt from a previous post:
The way we break things up is defined here:http://opensource.adobe.com/wiki/display/flexsdk/Legal+Stuff
You can create an SDK package that is just the MPL by running the ant mpl-package, but we don’t break the layout in source control out separately, though for the most part the “in” directory contains most of the runtimes, so you’d know those don’t fall under MPL. Otherwise the included jars in the lib directory you can’t be guaranteed.
I hope that provides from clarity.
