I think I've heard two different things about this. Not sure which is the case.
One is how you received it. If this projector has worked on other Macs and then you got it through e-mail it is possible that part of the app was stripped out by the e-mail. So have it sent again as a zip or something and then unzip it.
The second thing that could be happening is similar in that if it was published on a Windows PC and then some how mangled in the process of transferring it over to a mac.
There are probably other ways it could go bad, but those are what I've mostly heard of/experienced.
BTW, the file should be really quite large. Something like 13 meg or so. If it isn't then it is definately missing some parts somewhere.
The file was made with another mac, and even on that one it doesn't work...
In that case I don't know. Sorry.
What size is the projector app? It seems like there might be something corrupt in the player that is getting bundled into the app. But I don't know.
it's 2 mb and it fits the size in order with the project... it's weird 'cos the .exe works pretty well on windows...
Yeah 2MB isn't big enough. It really should be around 12 or 13 Megs - mac projectors (as of late) are much bigger than windows projectors. So something is wrong with how it is generating the projector. I would imagine the general solution is to reinstall your CS3. But I don't know.
