This is common behavior for a list , ie. items are clickable , but I cannot see any interactions on the hud for the repeateditem or datalist itself ?

There is a way to have an interaction for when the user clicks the list. Currently the event is not item specific, so you will get the same interaction for the entire list, but we are looking at improving this.
1. Select the list
2. In in float hud click the plus and choose "On selection change"
3. Then choose "Play transition to state" or "Play action sequence"
I'm currently running into this same problem with Flash Catalyst. I would like to have a list with mutiple external URL events... I know how to do the external URL part in Flash Builder for regular FC buttons... but how do I do it for a FC data list?
Can anyone help on how to modify the code in Flash Builder to produce on click events for individual data items?
Managed to figure a solution out on my own which I posted in the Flash Builder forum:
Then a few more helpful hints were posted to the thread by others. My method may not be the best one but its working.
