    Unable to report a bug: no disk in the drive


      It doesn't seem very helpful to product development that you're unable to report bugs with the menu entry "Help->Report a bug"  Selecting this entry results in an endless series of popups saying:


      There is no disk in the drive.  Please insert a disk into drive D.


      [Cancel] [Try Again] [Continue]


      None of the buttons (Cancel, Try Again, Continue) resolve the problem.  Another popup displays immediately.  Flash Builder must be killed off/closed.


      The problem happens in Version 4.0 (build 235740), which comes in the self-contained Flash Builder Beta download file named flashbuilder4_b1_win_060109.exe


      Problem happens with or without an October-expiration serial number.
