Video is open in Premiere CS4. My green screen is keyed out and video is ready for exporting. I need to produce a .swf file with alpha channel retained so a transparent background is present for web-site upload, and video to web-site background trasition is smooth. From what I see, I only have options for .F4V and .FLV export in Media Encoder.
Question: Using Premiere (Production Premium), how do I produce a .swf file with alpha channel retained?
You can only export an alpha channel by using the On2 VP6 codec in an FLV container, and with the alpha channel option checked. There is no SWF option from AME. That's something that you'd have to do with Flash, or you can probably find a usable player somewhere on the web.
