Why use Quircktime when you encode to H.264? The additional R is there for a reason.
Hi Harm, not sure what you mean, BUT I was playing back in quicktime, not encoding....I encoded with AME....what extra "R" are you referring to?
Sorry Harm I totally overlooked that ....and its funny....
More research indicated the h264 plays fine in Adobe media player, lip sync is OK....But both the quicktime I made and the wmv, play in their respective players with huge lip sync issues, even on another machine.....this seems puzzling and like another reason to get a MAC.
You only get a MAC when you have Massive Amounts of Cash, in short MAC. Everybody else uses a PC and often without any problems. Also, when using a PC there are a lot more people to help you out.
A little off topic but the amazing thing is I know a lot of people that have
bit the bullet (or drank the koolaid) and bought Macs, Yes paying MORE to
get away from Bill Gates, I think people are frustrated by Windows and Vista
isn't making any headway, so its like switching from Comcast to Verizon...or
suitable carriers where you live...hoping for greener pastures. A lot of my
pain though has been caused by Matrox. Here's a question is there an Adobe
"Pro-Res" in the works? Canopus codec was cool, Matrox codec could be cool
if it was useable seperately. Adobe?
