Can we disable frame interpolation in slow motions?

A client needs me to slow down a clip at around 3%, but he wants no interpolated frames in the slow motion; only fixed frame by frame (almost like doing a slideshow of each frames in the shot).  we filmed a robotic machine and he needs to view each single frames.  I suppose I could export all frames from the clip, but he'd rather watch them in a video clip.  But when I try to render the clip in slow motion from Premiere CS4, I get "middle interpolated frames".  can i disable the slow motion interpolation in Premiere CS4?

      thank you!
