One frame CHANGES dramatically once I encode it...here's a sample...why?!?

This is NOT what it looks like on my timeline.  I've encoded it to mpeg, h264, flv....they ALL change one spot so the graphics (text) moves to a different spot than where I put it.  FRUSTRATING!!

Watch my sample please.  On the timeline, this is created with 3 titles (name, phone #'s) moving into their positions in the center of the screen, followed by a FrameGrab of the final position in the center to which I applied the effect of the gradual size increase, from 100% to 112%.  On the timeline, the way I made it, everything flows to the center of the screen, and then smoothly expands.  In the render/output, somehow my titles go too far up to the top of the screen, so that it doesn't match the frame grab image, therefore looking like the text jumps down.

I've tried various bitrates, I tried FrameGrabs with a .bmp and a .gif.... is there something I'm missing here, or is this an unsolvable bug???

Why would it change like this?

      HELP!

      Big thanks anyone....
