You will need to talk to Xerox.
The thing is that everything else is printing fine...we can change these backgrounds if we need to. I was just seeing if anyone knew how to fix it.

The other issues are PCL v PS printing modes and RGB v CMYK colour spaces, both of which affect PM's printed output.
Moving to InDesign will resolve these isues.
