The keyword tags should be a part of your media files metadata. They'll show up, even if and when you create a new catalog.
There's no reason to move your catalog location. For one thing, they're usually only a dezen megs or so in size -- which is virtually insignificant. For another, if you move these files, Organizer won't be able to find them and it will just regenerate your catalog!
Remember, your catalog isn't the media files themselves. It's just a database keeping track of where and what they are.

I've been cataloging all pix and camera videos in Photoshop Album 3.0. But I just got Lightroom for the photos and need to move my videos into Premiere Elements. I don't *think* Photoshop Album actually embeds keywords into the media files themselves, so it's helpful for me to know that PE acts differently.
Do you by chance know if I can import my Photoshop Album data into PE?

But I do know that much of the same metadata that the Organizer uses can also be read by Adobe Bridge.
