    Creating modified default galleries

What's the deal with creating modified versions of the default galleries?

I created a version of the html gallery that has helped people with Windows servers (by placing images in a folder that is not a subfolder of 'bin').

I was going to do this into a blog post, but wonder if it's kosher?

Also there seems to interest in having a little more control in the flash gallery. A lot of the settings are in the galleryInfo.lrweb and could easily be added to the panel for user control.

As Adobe own these, I really don't want to go messing about without knowing it is or isn't okay.

FWIW, these would be non commercial, and there as a problem solving tool.
