There's no way to ask automatically for a reset account directly from the program? It would be a interesting, and needed, feature for future updates of ADR...
I put in a ticket two days ago for this same issue, and the next day I noticed they "withdrew" my ticket without any explanation. I have posted another but have yet to get a response. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Do you understand that you FORCE people to use this appliccation of yours, and then you give a very poor customer service?
I have a deadline to respond, but I cant work, I cant do anything except to BUY AGAIN a 30$ book because I CANT GET MY ACCOUNT RESET!!!!!!!!
