I am using RoboHelp HTML X5.0.2 to generate WebHelp. The generated files are located on a shared server and run on Internet Explorer 7. The Contents and Index functions work properly but the Search function returns a "res://ieframe.dll" error. Can anyone tell me how to resolve this issue?
Thanks, I did google the error message. There are a lot of conflicting suggestions, most of which advise downloading files or altering Internet Options, which I do not have permission to do. I was hoping to find a workaround within RoboHelp to prevent this error.
I looked at this one.
I noted they specifically caution against downloading anything.
I don't think this is a RH error so maybe you should involve your IT people, pointing them to the above post if necessary.
